22 mm long football shaped floats.  These have a varity of uses;

- Spacers in stinger baits to accurately position the hook

- Inserts into small Skirt Squid used on spreader bars or daisy chains

- Inserts into hoochi skirts that are used on deep drop hooks

These are just a few uses.
