The Spray Box

The Spray Box is a self-contained, freshwater wash-down system that permanently mounts in the bed of a pick-up truck. It was originally designed as a tool to rinse corrosive saltwater off of a boat trailer, at the boat landing, immediately after launching a boat. Today The Spray Box has numerous uses in both recreational and commercial markets.

Specs

Roto-mold housing – The Spray Box uses the same manufacturing process 'Yeti Coolers' uses to produce their cooler.  It's roto-molded housing is virtually indestructible!

Universal Mounting- The Spray Box can be mounted on both the driver or passenger side.Driver’s side is the recommended location.

10 Gallon Water Capacity – Additional water can be added by connecting a secondary tank to the drain/expansion port.

Drain/Expansion Ports – Located on both the right and left side of the box. 

Shuflo 8000 Series Diaphragm Pump – 100 PSI, commercial grade agriculture pump. 

12 volt/DC Powered -  The Spray Box connects directly to the pick-up trucks 12v battery.

Flow Rate – 100 PSI at ½ gallons per minute. 10-gallon water reservoir provides 20 minutes of continuous spray.  *Actual flow rate may vary, based on spray nozzle setting.

Freelin-Wade, Flexcoil Coil Hose – Constructed out of Polyethylene material. Superior environmental stress crack resistance. Excellent for water use.

Spray Nozzle - Spray nozzle is commercial grade. Custom spray tip allows it to work with the high pressure/low volume diaphragm pump.  

Deluxe Kit Includes – Deluxe diamond plate side/top panels, wiring harness, zip ties, inline fuse, mounting brackets, hardware and, installation instructions.
