The Spring run of Trophy Striped Bass has begun.  The Season opened yesterday the 19th of April.  Reports from Reel Draggin' Tackle customers have fish being consistently caught between Bloody Point and the Gas Docks. Here is a picture from one of the Reel Draggin' Tackle Sponsored boats. We caught 2 fish. 1st as we were setting lines. Both were about 36 to 38 inches, 22 and 23 lbs. Both were from Tandems off the boards between gas docks and power plant in 45 ft.

Reel Draggin' Tackle is now making Planer Boards. Planer Boards have emerged as one of the foremost components for catching fish in the Chesapeake Bay. Trolling larger spreads becomes very workable with a set of boards. The trolling rigs are set out on each side with from 2 to 6 rods on each side.  Click the picture for more information!
