Date(s) of product testing: 5/28/06
Location of product testing: Poor Mans Canyon
Product you are testing: Rainbow 33” spreader (7.5” Shell Squid)

1.  Do you like/dislike the product? (describe why/why not)
Neatly rigged, trolls nice and stows easily in supplied bag

2.   Would you make any changes to the product? (if so, what changes)
I would like a bar where the last squid is rigged with a swivel for an interchangeable hook bait.  This allows the angle to make/purchase new stingers once the leader is chafed after catching a few fish without retying the entire center line of squid.
RDT COMMENT:  This option is currently being field tested. UPDATE: RDT started rigging all bars and chains as recomended and supported by our field trestors.

3.  How did the product hold up to the offshore game fish that you targeted?
Performed great.

We boated 3 45 lb blue fin tuna in just over one hour on this bar and had one other boil in the center of the bar that missed the hook bait.

4.  Did any component (s) fail while you were hooked up?
No

5.  What did you land with the RDT product? (describe fish species and size)
3 45 lb bluefin tunas, ~40” long

6.  Provide any other comments on our products or service.
I would like to suggest a dredge for small boats that I made.  Will have to test and take pictures/discuss in detail later
RDT COMMENT:  RDT offers several light tackle dredges; improved light weight dredges options are currently being field tested. UPDATE: Check out our Sport Dredges -Fine tuned, low drag, effective.
